Introducing an Australian red wine and meat dinner led by the knowledgeable Dane Jardine of Co-Pilot Wine Distributors.
On arrival a Jip Jip Sparkling red with a pate canapé followed by an Irvine Estate Merlot and lamb cutlets, then a 4 gold award winning Morambro Creek Shiraz with scotch fillet, peppercorn sauce, scallop potatoes and ginger bok choy, followed by Calems Fine Ruby & Tawny port matched to dark chocolate and cheeses. $75 We all know the Aussies do great big reds and that Garnet Station does great food so what other reason do you need?
